Back at the 2016 Auto Beijing show in April Honda released a new Avantai Luxury Crossover. It is set to go on sale next month in China and it must also be released in India next year. So far, it seems the price put it on CR-V even though the fact is based on it. Honda Avancier 2017 is a rather interesting car. Why? Well, it uses a longer CR-V platform and not Honda’s new modular architecture that was first seen in a new Civic. This is largely because it is not fully designed by Honda. Instead, it was built in collaboration with Dongfeng Honda so it makes sense it uses a slightly older chassis.
Avantai is a very interesting car because it is basically Acura for the Chinese market. Even though the chassis is basic as on CR-V, everything is different. Cars use a new suspension system that offers more comfort and travelers who are more obedient than their midbrists. The cabin has been rearrained widely and looks equivalent to the best. This is also displayed in the price. Honda Avanto 2017 starts only around $ 39,000 for the base model and reaches more than $ 60,000. It is at the same level as cars from BMW and Mercedes. However, it should be mentioned that it is usually better equipped and the lower end model is on the way.
Design 2017 Honda Avantai
Avantai seems like nothing else out there. Honda is influenced by their other models but the end result is unique. The front uses the same setting with the one found in the pilot. However, the bottom of the grille has a honeycomb mesh. The headlights are completely illuminated and look very similar to the design of Acura gems. The shape of the car is also not the same as CR-V. Avantai is actually inspired by BMW X6 with a form like a coupe. The back has a sloping window and spoiler installed on the roof. The tail lights are also unique and the bumper displays two exhaust to the side.
New Avantai Cabin
Udmarket is a word that most describes the new Honda 2017 avantai. It seems that Honda managed to offer a very nice cabin even though the model they started was not like that. The central console is spacious and equipped with large armrests. The middle stack has a large wide screen LCD screen and most control-based controls. These ingredients seem to be above the line and even though the cabin may be small, this helps Honda provide experience like a car. Driving position is quite low and everything is far above the class average.
2017 Honda Avancier – Under the tent
Avantai has been released with a 4-liter turbocharged inline gasoline engine. It features VTEC and direct injection and good for 268 horsepower and 370 nm of torque. The engine itself is actually a derivative of those found in Civic Type R but has been tweaked for low-end torque. It encourages the four wheels as standard through nine automatic speeds. Although not official at this point, Honda also suggested that a lower machine can be installed. We are pretty sure they talk about a 2.4-liter factory sucked naturally. It’s good for around 184 horsepower and 180 lb-ft torque and it will make the perfect choice for the front wheel drive car. Unlike the 2 liter engine, this one is most likely to be mated to automatically six speeds.
